Our Mission Statement:
To encourage the presence of stand-up comedy and collaboration in Chester County. The festival aims to highlight a variety of comedic styles from a diverse collection of established and up-and-coming performers. The three-day event will serve as a community gathering that will give local audiences, businesses, and comedians the opportunity to engage in a fun, creative, and unique annual event.
Our Story:
The West Chester comedy scene has substantially grown in the last several years, seeing local showcases pop up in theaters, breweries, salons, and coffee shops all over the West Chester borough and greater Chester County. West Chester locals quickly embraced live comedy that shows off the hidden comedic talent among us and expands our view of stand-up comedy beyond the big productions we see on TV.
So in 2026, four local comedians from West Chester and Downingtown met for some nachos, some laughs, and to hatch a plan to bring another festival to a town known for its amazing annual festivals. But instead of food, film, or music, this one would celebrate the unique art of stand-up comedy. With the help of dozens of local businesses, volunteers, comedians and more, we are very excited to bring some of the best comedy acts in the country to our awesome town!
